The museum is located in the building after the former kindergarten and is the place of the exhibition "Sobibór - death camp". In June 2011, due to financial problems, part of the Museum of the Former Nazi Death Camp in Sobibór was closed to visitors. Tourists can now see only the public one, i.e. the monument of a Jewish mother with a child, a mound with ashes of the victims and the camp area. The museum building itself will be closed until funds for its maintenance are collected. Admission to the public area is free.
