Ruins of a medieval tower in the village of Stołpie in the Lublin Province. The building is on a quadrangle plan with dimensions of 6.3 by 5.7 meters. From the outside, the tower has a square shape, and from the inside round. It is 17 meters high and has three floors. She was once surrounded by a high stone courtyard. Modern research indicates that the tower was built in the circle of Ruthenian-Byzantine culture. Similar buildings were also found in Włodzimierz Wołyński and Uhrusk. In older literature on the subject there were also hypotheses that the founders of the tower in Stołpie could have been the Piast rulers, including Kazimierz Justice or Henryk Sandomierski. These suppositions are currently considered unlikely.
