Address: al. Warszawska 96 , 20-824 Lublin
The facility was entered in the State Register of Museums. It collects monuments of wooden and brick architecture and ethnographic collections from the area of the former Lublin Voivodeship. In 1960, the Folk Architecture Branch was created at the District Museum in Lublin, but on January 1, 1970, the branch was transformed into an autonomous Museum of the Lublin Village. The open-air museum is characterized by a large diversity of collected collections. The built-up from different lands are clearly diversified in physiographic and ethnographic terms. For this reason, the open-air museum exhibition was divided into seven sectors: the Lublin Upland, Roztocze, Powiśle Lubelski, Podlasie, and Nadbuż, as well as the court and town sectors. In 2011, a reconstruction of the town before the World War II, with the town hall, police station, ice cream parlor and the house of the Jewish tzadik was carried out at the museum.
